“ Good food. The owners were very nice and offered a free order of green beans. The best was the spinach, they were very tender and garlicky!!! The fish fillets were tasty and the egg plants were hot and juicy (it could be more garlic and flavorful). Everything was pretty good, and I would not mind being back to try more of their dishes. Interior was clean and everything was well maintained. ”
“ This place is it. Best Chinese food in the Lansing area. I spent 4 summers working in Guangzhou, PRC as well as side trips to Sichuan province and Beijing. From the boiled fish to the mapo tofu to the dan dan noodles, the cooking here checks all the boxes. I even love the counter style atmosphere as it reminds me of the street stalls I would order my noodles from on a regular basis. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! And get the cold Sichuan noodles with peppercorns - you will thank me. Maybe for the future : Although not really Sichuan, I would love to see xiao long bao offered...but I know those can be a challenge to make. And liang pi. Mmmm. ”
“ Plenty of vegan options! Food is very flavorful. Friendly owners. I just wish the vegan options were marked on the menu. CORRECTION: The battered vegetarian meat options do not contain milk/whey. Thanks very much to the owner for correcting me and for the consideration. I sincerely apologize for the misinformation. I was going off reviews between 2016 to 2018 on the HappyCow app, which is a directory for vegan/vegetarian restaurants. Perhaps the previous owners used to. The vegan community in Lansing loves this restaurant!!! I see posts about it all the time on social media. :) ”
“ Hong Kong has great food! I checked out their lunch buffet and had a great meal. From the lo mein, to the chicken and broccoli, to the crab rangoons (my personal fave), I’ve got a few good reasons to stop by here again. Definitely check this place out! ”
“ I got the mapo tofu and it was amazing. It was served in a to-go bowl full of flavorful spicy broth with a very very generous portion of tofu and a side of rice. It was so good. I highly recommend. Delicious. For a great price as well. ”
“ Best Chinese food I’ve had since moving to Mi 3 years ago. Hunan chicken was spicy and flavorful. Crab Rangoon filling was creamy and delicious! Asked and they make their own crab Rangoon. Oh and you must try Mr Leslie’s cheesecake! ”
“ This is my first time. I stopped by their location at the Allen St., Food co-op. The food was incredible. I chose Biang Biang Noodles w/ pork. I freaking loved it, and I will be back with friends! Nu was super hospitable and friendly during my visit. She even sat down and explained the origin of my dish. If you’re looking for some authentic Chinese food, definitely a must try! ”
“ Food was very unique and delicious, this place isn’t like a regular Chinese with all the same items on the menu, instead they have lots of traditional Chinese dishes that are quite rare outside of Asia so I was really impressed. The lady that served us was very friendly, we will definitely go back! ”
